Well, it is true that the majority of individuals spend half of their adult life on wAork. However, some think that job satisfaction is an important key factor for humans. While some opine that there are also some other factors for doing work. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I intend to discuss some viewpoints about this approach.

To begin with, there are a plethora of factors which make humans satisfied with their jobs. The first and foremost point is the handsome salary. To explain, the majority of people are satisfied with their jobs because they earn well, and sometimes they get incentives that also help them to be satisfied with their jobs. Apart from this, promotion and self-respect are also important factors that are necessary parts of life because not all job fields give these types of opportunities to their staff members.

From my knowledge and experience, I am concerned that there are also some other factors instead of satisfaction, first of all needs. To explain it, with the help of advancement of everything like rate of accommodation, electricity, taxes and other things, it puts a burden on a person so they like to do the job so that they can fulfil their basic needs. In addition to this, there is also a major factor that sometimes in the whole family one person is available who earns. Money and the whole family depend on a person, so this kind of reason encourages them to do work in adult life rather than stay free from burdens or work.

In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that job satisfaction is the major factor why a person does a job at a younger age. There are also some other important factors, such as satisfaction.
