Question 1:- Is it difficult to stay focused on something?

Answer:- sir/mam, I want to tell you that it depends on the situation and location. Suppose we are at a noisy place at that time it would be difficult, whereas it is quite easy in silence.

Question 2:- When is it hard to concentrate?

Answer:- As I told you earlier, at the locations like highways, malls public places would be tough to concern.

Question 3:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?

Answer:- People talking. All the time. It’s the main distraction. And sometimes I’ll have a stray thought that I kind of run away with. but it is usually people talking

Question 4:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?

Answer:- It’s usually when I’m making assessments, reading time etc. sometimes, they distract me while I am driving by making me distracted.

Question 5:- When do you need to be focused?

Answer:- I am a student, and whenever I am studying my academic books or doing any other task at that time, I mostly need to focus.

Question 6:- What do you do to improve your concentrate?

Answer:- Early morning, I regularly do yoga and exercise. For concentration, I learned one yoga from my aunt in this yoga, and firstly, I took a long breath, closed my eyes, and then slowly exhaled later repeat this at least for 2 minutes.

Question 7:- What do you do to help you concentrate?

Answer:- Regular yoga and exercise help me improve my concentration.

Question 8:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?

Answer:- No, I am not good at doing two tasks at the same time. If I do, then it is hard for me to same focus on both things.
