Sample Answer: Countries Should Produce Enough Food for Their Own Population and Import as Little as Possible

It has been argued that countries must produce food sufficient for their populace with little importation. I agree. If only our countries could adopt self-reliance and independently make their populace ( citizens) proud of food production with little importation, that country would go far.

First and foremost, America is now the most powerful country in the world! This is through self-reliant and dependent effort; see where they are now, the most powerful country. What of China, an Asian country? They are only craving dominance now, no more for survival. Talk of creativity in technology, science, agriculture, education, health, and security is not a problem for these two powerful nations. Artificial intelligence (AI) is familiar with them now, hastening and making the work easier.

However, because of the regional peculiarities in terrain, climate, topography, flood, soil and all that, there is room for dependency on imports owing to these peculiarities. But not to the level of dependency. Importing grains, cereals, husbandry, and animals is possible like temperate regions. But not to extend that the country can not produce some reasonable quantities for reliance. And more so, as humans, we are created heterogeneously interdependent in existence; hence, it becomes an inevitable common issue. But not to an extent.

Conclusively, I am inclined to categorically say that a country with the foresight and audacity to produce enough food for its populace with little importation has better opportunities to become dependably, reliably stronger and formidably unstoppable.
