Well, I have many friends who have a bundle of good habits. Some have the habit of getting up early, while some habit of writing a diary every day. But here I would like to speak about one of my friends, who has a beautiful tradition of going for a morning walk. I got to know about his habit when the last Sunday, he came to my home to meet me, and I was taken aback to see his physical structure because he reduced his weight by going for a morning walk and doing some exercises there. I want to develop this habit because I don’t go for a morning walk.

Although I get up very early due to household chores, I feel unable to go for a morning walk. The other reason is, as I am getting obese nowadays, so I think morning walk is a good exercise for me to keep my mind calm and keep my body fit. So I would like to develop this habit of my friend. Besides, I can remain the whole day cheerfully if I go for a morning walk. If I start my day with such positivity, there are higher chances of getting boundless energy.
