Sample Answer of Describe a Place Full of Colours?

In the contemporary world, people are very anxious about celebrating numerous festivals in their countries. Most of the people celebrate these occasions as per their rituals and tradition. Today I would like to talk about one such situation where the place was fully coloured Mumbai. As everybody knows, cities like Mumbai are highly populated and not spacious at all.

Actually, I am from Kerala, and years before, I planned to visit my friends who settled in Mumbai. That was a special occasion of Holi in Mumbai. Holi is one of the most famous and ancient festivals of Indians. It is a colour of love and joy. Moreover, it is the festival of north Indians. All the participants touch the different colours of powders in their friend’s and family member’s faces and greet each other.

For me, it was a new and unforgettable experience in my life. All the people were dancing and enjoying the festival without limits. I also take part with them and sing and dance well. The ambience of the celebration was magnificent, and still, I believe it was an auspicious moment in my life.
