The change was I started doing meditation. From the year 2019, I begin practising it. It happened because I was unable to share my thoughts with others. Nobody was there to hear my pain, my suffering, which I was going through. I was quite depressed at that time.

I didn’t know whom to talk to, whom to tell my distress. I found some videos from youtube that YouTube recommended to me & I started watching those videos. In those videos, I learned that meditation is a good technique to get rid of depression.

There was a guy whom I met because my family wanted me to get married, so the matrimonial prospect I met a guy & who practised meditation. He told me to do meditation by rising up early at 4 am. I started doing it only for 15mins & I really felt good that I was nearer to God.

Then I started speaking alone & vent out my pain, anger, and sorrows & I used to write a lot. I somehow became meditative. I always try to do meditation whenever I get free time & it was because of this I became balanced in my life & I will suggest everyone do meditation.
