These days technology is the most crucial thing for us. We can do anything through that. So today, I would like to talk about online shopping. I had a bad experience related to this. Last month I bought a power bank worth 30,000 Mah capacity.

But when I received it, I was surprised that I got the old power bank instead of the new one when I opened the box. On the surface of the power bank is also plenty of scratches.

Then I realized that I had been fooled. I immediately called customer care, told him everything, and emailed the picture of the old power bank I received. I want power back urgently, but because of this problem, I have had to wait for more than a week to receive a new one.

Question 1:- What kind of customer service do you think is good?

Answer – If customer service knows well about our problems, takes immediate action against them, and tries to solve them. Customer representatives should be polite and needful to us if the issue is big and hard to solve.

Question 2:- What are the differences between shopping online and in-store?

Answer – There is no comparison between online and in-store shopping. Because the main thing is that in-store shopping, we see the quality of products instantly and after we pay for them. And in online shopping, we have to pay first and then after we receive the product. We don’t have to wait for a product if we buy it from the store.

Question 3:- What problems do customers often have while shopping?

Answer – There are plenty of problems that customers have while shopping. For instance, the size and material quality aerial are checked if the customer buys clothes.

Question 4:- What do you think customers should do when there are problems with products bought online?

Answer – If customers have a problem with an online product, they should immediately call customer care, tell them about the product, and take a solution from them. I conceive that whenever a customer buys any product online, they should make a video of unboxing that product so we can make any complaint against the seller if any problem is related to the product.
