That was one unpleasant and unusual experience we went through, and from that time on, we never preferred online payments.

While the in-store pick-up is a little hassle as it requires physical activity, you can see things face to face, giving you some satisfaction.

Answer 1:- The problem customers face during shopping delivery takes some people to receive damage or their product info, which is the main problem of shopping.

Answer 2:- If we are not trialling the product we wish to purchase in the store itself, you may see changes to invite surprises while wearing it in-home such as size and fit issues.

Question 4:- What do you think customers should do when there are problems with products bought online?

Answer 1:- If they have to face any problem during online shopping, they simply return that product to the company and raise a complaint against it because if anyone spends a lot of money on that product. I didn’t see you in good quality so it is a total waste of money and also companies should learn from this too and deliver the product with the proper care.

Answer 2:- Nowadays, we have the option to return products that are not to our taste, but we are covered. However, we should be mindful that not all the products are eligible for cash in return as some products, for example, an iron box, can only be replaced with another piece and not for cash.
