Today is the world of technology 🌐. A number of innovations are coming into society day by day. One of the most important and famous innovations is the mobile phone 📱.

This mobile phone has changed the lives of individuals of any age, whether they belong to childhood, younger age, or old age. It became a part and parcel of each and every human being.

I often use it in my daily life for various purposes. Today, I would like to talk about a situation when I was not allowed to use my cell phone.

It was the time when I was doing my graduation. The government of Punjab advertised in the newspaper about the new vacancies in Punjab for excise and taxation inspectors.

About 3 lakh people filed the applications, so there was a rush of students at the examination centre. My exam was in Sector 11, Chandigarh. I forgot to leave my cell phone at home.

When I entered the examination centre and half an hour passed, a thing happened: my cell phone was not on silent, and it started ringing 🚨.

The examination in charge immediately came towards me and told me, “Did you know that cellphones are not allowed in the examination centre?

It is because some students misuse it and try to search for information about questions on the internet. That’s why it was banned inside the examination.”

The superintendent of the examination cell took my cell phone and took it away with him. He told me to collect the cell phone from him after the exam finished. So, that was the occasion when I was not allowed to use my cell phone inside the examination 🚫📵.

Follow-ups:

Q-1: Why are cell phones not allowed in examination centres?

Ans: Cellphones are not allowed in the examination centre because students could search for questions and, in this way, could cheat the superintendent in charge and other students in the examination centre 📚🚫.

Q-2: What happens if a student is caught cheating in the examination centre?

Ans: If a student is caught cheating in the examination centre, then he could be sent to imprisonment, and his candidature could be canceled. So, students should avoid it and should not carry a cell phone into the examination centre ⚖️📵.

Q-3: Is a cellphone a boon or curse for people?

Ans: It depends on its usage by the people. If people use it in a positive way, then it could be a boon for them, but on the other hand, if people use it negatively, then it could be a curse for them 📱➕➖.
