Sample Answer of Describe a time when a restaurant provided you bad food service
Well, there are so many hotels in my city Ahmedabad so being a foodie person, my wife. I try different dishes in those fascinating restaurants every weekend, so I would like to tell you this particular incident that happened on a very precious day: my wife’s birthday. In general, my wife and I are working incorporates. Hence, we are swamped, and we rarely get a chance to go out and have a chat over a coffee, so on this special day, I took leave and my wife, of course, also took a day off from her busy schedule. We booked a table in the 5-star hotel, which is Meridien in our city how of the table was booked for 6:00 PM. The bad experience started as soon as we reached the hotel because I booked the Table 5 hours before going there. After reaching there, management informed me that a corporate event is going on, so I have to wait for another one-hour table. So my wife and I waited in the launch area. We spend some good time reading those interesting magazine stepper now when after one hour of waiting we finally got the table they informed us that only Punjabi and Chinese continents are available from their multi-cuisine menu what they call so I didn’t mind that as well but after ordering some Chinese dishes actually they were tasteless and I was really disappointed that. I wanted to make this day memorable by spending quality time with my wife and having some mouth finger-licking food. Still, ultimately hotel management ruined my experience, and I was really awestruck by fire service. Overall it was a bit of damp squib, so on that day, I decided that whenever there is a special day. I would rather go to a local well-known restaurant because sometimes five-star restaurants have big names. Still, in-services are lagging a lot. That is what I felt it’s not the case every time. Still, I have often faced it in my life to date, so this was the bad experience I recently had, and I’m really looking forward to celebrating my wife’s next birthday in Canada in some excellent Thai restaurant.
Follow-ups Describe a Time when a Restaurant Provided You Bad Food Service.
Question1. What kind of services are bad services?
Answer – I think this is a very general question, so there can be many answers to this very open-ended question. I would try to answer it so that when someone is paying a lot, 2 get good service or a portion of good food. If that person receives a bad service or has a bad experience with the food, I think that is a particular example of bad service. If we talk about India, there are many bad services like recently we had a horrible experience with our health services. On regular days if I talk about the days before this coronavirus pandemic, government services in India are quite bad. We have to struggle a lot if we want to have any particular document signed and stamped.
Question2. Why do some people choose to remain silent when they receive bad services?
Answer – I think those people are not really interested in giving their feedback, or I feel there afraid of being inquired about the same.
Question3. Who should be responsible for bad services?
Answer – Well, we cannot play a blame game while receiving a bad service because ultimately the consumer is suffering, so I don’t know who is responsible, whether the management or the board of directors of the hotel or the lawmakers of the government, in case we are having a bad experience with the government, but ultimately the citizen or the consumer suffers a lot when he receives a bad experience. In many cases, it is not known who is responsible or who will take ownership of that bad experience.
Question4. As a boss, what would you do to prevent bad services?
Answer – I must say this is a billion-dollar question, and I would like to elaborate it by giving an example this coronavirus pandemic make which is going on has started a lot, so I was a boss who is running a team of 15 developers had become really humble towards any situation before coronavirus pandemic I was really aggressive about my work, and I would not tolerate any mischiefs or any gaps in the timelines, but this pandemic has taught me that ultimately human life and human values are on the first place in our lives and we have to take care of every subordinate while working in a company so nowadays I asked him the infrequent question I used to ask before that is how are you and how are you doing so I have changed a lot, and I think every boss should have three qualities first he should be the approachable second he should be humble and 3rd he should be honest
