Sample Answer of Describe a Time When You Had to Wait in a Long Queue/line

Although waiting is something that all of us dislike, it gives both satisfaction and disappointment depending on the outcome. I want to take this opportunity to talk about a relaxed feeling that I experienced after I waited for so long. This happened a week ago, and I had to stand in the Q for almost 3 hours. Let me explain the stressful moment. Since I recently gave my driving license exam, I was expecting my G1 license card to my mailing address. However, I became sceptical about my card’s status when my roommate received it, but I didn’t even though both of us gave the test on the same day and living in the same room.

After I realised that it was returned to the ministry as I inadvertently missed mentioning the unit number of my address, I got to go to Service Ontario to update my address. It was a nerve-wracking situation for me as soon as I reached the office when I first looked at the number of people standing in the Line. I was approximately 66th person, I believe. It was quite sunny, people of all ages were holding their umbrellas. However, I had to wait for a total of 3 hours in such hot weather. Although I felt so exhausted just before my turn came to enter the office, It seriously relieved all my stress after my work was done within a fraction of a minute. Surprisingly, after waiting for such long outside the office, I could finish my work within a mi, gi, giving the sense of satisfaction.
