Sample Answer of Describe an Important Event that You Celebrated
Celebration is significant in capturing life’s special moments and happy faces and strengthening relationships. Family members, students and office employees invite relatives and friends to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and academic success.
Here I would like to tell you about my parent’s birthday celebration. My father and mother have birthdays on the same date. So my brother and I decided to make this birthday special for my parents. So first we decided to book a restaurant hall for 50 people because we want to invite relatives and my friends for a celebration. Then look, we chose the food items and some other things.
On the birthday day, I wished both of them and told them about the surprise birthday party. My father said he didn’t need to arrange a party for a birthday, but my brother said to father you both organised a birthday party and academic success, so it’s our time to celebrate your birthday. As planned, all my relatives and friends arrived on time, wished my parents happy birthday, and gave them a birthday gift. Then both parents cut the chocolate cake after serving the rest of the cake distributed to the guest. Our family members and friends finished dinner together and danced together after dinner.
Actually, this Day is special for us because due to office work, both my parents are busy with their job, so we didn’t have much time to spend together, so due to the birthday event, we got enough time to spend with them. Also, I got to meet my relatives whom I hadn’t met for a long time. I want to end this cue card by saying everything is going well, and my parents are happy to enjoy their birthday with family members.
