Well, the covid 19 pandemics has undoubtedly caused a lot of damage to the entire humankind. Still, it has also taught us how to live happily without any resources, so during the lockdown, everyone knows that all the gyms and clubs were closed. Still, it was not hard for me to digest that situation because I am a regular yoga practitioner. Regularly I wake up at 5:00 AM and do some yoga postures and breathing and meditation exercises during this lockdown; we have seen that many people were quarantined due to COVID-19. But when my father was found positive, I asked him to do yoga practices, which helped him increase his lung capacity and breathing pattern. Additionally, it also helped him keep his oxygen level up to the mark, so it was not quite difficult for me to perform those yoga practices. In fact, I taught some of my relatives and friends through online platforms these wonderful and ancient techniques through which they can really rejuvenate themselves without using any external pieces of equipment. So I think every individual should do yoga and meditation practices regularly. That is what I learned out of this COVID-19 pandemic, that external resources such as clubs gyms could give you temporary pleasure but when you follow the ancient culture of your country or the world it really helps you to keep you fit and in shape so yeah that was my case, and I really enjoyed that time during the lockdown while others were not having a good time with their families they were continuously quarrelling due to some of the other reasons
