Question 1:- Do you often get up early in the morning?

Answer- My regular wake up time is 5 am, whether on weekdays or weekends, so I always get up early because I have some morning routines that I do every day before 7 am.

Question 2:- What do you usually do when you get up early?

Answer-The first thing I do is to do a personal prayer.

Question 3:- What’s your morning routine?

Answer-firstly, I do a personal devotion, then go to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast, after which I work out. Also, I clean up my room, then other rooms of the house, after which I take my bath and get ready for the day.

Question 4:- Is breakfast important to you?

Answer-my routines are; devotion, cooking, workout, cleaning, and finally bathing and dressing up.

Question 5:- Do you get up early on weekends?

Answer-I’m used to waking up at 5 am daily with no exception for weekends.

Question 6:- What kinds of people usually get up early? Why?

Answer-Most of the people that are earlier risers are those that do with collar Jobs because the official time for the opening of business is 8 am; therefore, they need to get up early so as to meet up with the time. Also, those that live in an urban area wake up early so as to avoid traffic.

Question 7:- What are the benefits of getting up early?

Answer-For those that live in an urban area, waking up early will prevent them from getting stuck in traffic. Also, it helps someone to get things done at the right time.
