Many Cities Are Now Turning Parks and Farmland Into New Housing Developments Writing Task 2

Many cities are now turning parks and farmland into new housing developments. Is this a positive or negative development?

Nowadays, in this modern era, in urban areas, the majority of recreational parks and cultivated land have turned into buildings. From my point of view, this is a negative motion which can lead to less land for leisure activity and farming. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I discussed my viewpoint and thus led to a logical conclusion.

One serious problem that can arise due to the solid ground turning into housing. The first and foremost reason behind this is that when parks convert into built houses, then is no space to play for children. And in the present, it is very important to have a recreational space to spend free time. If they have no space to play, they start to play indoor games, which is not good for their health. Additionally, parks are essential for kids and for older people to spend their time.

Moreover, at this time, adorable land is crucial to feed people, and in several Nations majority of people dependent on it to earn money. Farmlands will not appear, no food to feed individuals. And the government should import it from other countries, which will damage the nation’s economy. To exemplify, one survey found that 38% of Nations have no space to grow food, done by it others after giving 18% extra duties. On the other hand, there are also some good points likewise, more construction of houses leads to lower prices and people easily afford it. It leads to urbanisation and development of areas.

To recapitulate, although plenty of space is available. In my opinion, this notion affects children, pensioners and farmers who are dependent on farming to dept.
