It is a really painful throbbing headache around the eye region and decreases the eye view. For example, according to the researchers, blue light from smartphones can be dangerous to the eyes and retina as it is not blocked by the cornea and the lens, potentially increasing the risk of macular degeneration. Apart from that, looking at mobile phones damages our brains. In addition, it increases the risk of brain cancer from heavy, long-term usage.
Secondly, mobile phones are wasting time. To substantiate this, texting messages is a waste of time. Because when a person texts a message, then waits for the reply of the opposite person.
