Question 1:- When was the last time you had a few days off?

Due to my work schedule as a nurse, the only time I had free days recently was last weekend because I work from Monday to Friday.

Question 2:- How do you usually spend your day off from work or school?

Presently, I spend my days off at home, where I wash my clothes and prepare meals for the coming week. I also visit my parents in another state and help them out with house chores.

Question 3:- What is your favourite way to relax and unwind on a day off?

I believe my best way to relax is bby listening to music or meditation. This helps calm my nerves and makes me think clearly, enabling me to plan.

Question 4:- What would you like to do if you had a day off tomorrow?

The first activity I’d love to do is sleep. Due to the nature of my job, I get deprived of adequate sleep. The next I’d love to do is go to a zoo. I love the serenity that comes with it and love to see animals.

Question 5:- Do you prefer to stay at home or go out and explore on your day off? Why?

I prefer to stay at home, clean the house, and watch movies. As an introvert, I do not like moving out of my space to interact with people. Staying home helps me prevent the anxiety I have about socializing with people.

Question 6:- Are there any specific hobbies or activities that you enjoy doing on your day off?

During my day off, I hardly perform any activity, but when I do, I just love cycling. It helps me keep fit, and it is good for blood circulation and cardio exercises.

Question 7:- How important do you think it is to take regular breaks and have time off from work or studies? Why?

I believe taking regular breaks is necessary. As humans, we tend to be worn out due to stress. Consistently engaging in a stressful activity can lead to a breakdown, causing illness. I believe that time off should always be taken to help you reenergize and refresh.
