Question 1. What is your favourite food?

I’m not a foody person, so I don’t like to eat fast food, but whenever I go outside and I feel hungry, I always prefer McDonald’s hand burgers.

Question 2. Do you normally eat healthy food?

Yes, I do. I always prefer to cook food at home instead of ordering food from outside. Because I believe health is wealth.

Question 3. Do you enjoy cooking?

Yes, I do! As I said, I always prefer to cook food at home. In the beginning, I didn’t know how to cook food, but thanks to YouTube, I can cook everything by viewing recipes, and now it’s become part of my daily routine.

Question 4. What meals can you cook?

There are a number of meals which I can cook like mix-veg, daal makhani, rajma & chicken etc.

Question 5. What is a traditional meal in your country?

In my country, there are different cultures of people, and their tastes and flooding are very different. I wanna explain with an example. South India people usually eat- warm in the morning. If I’m talking about Punjabi, they always give preference to all-paratha, etc.

Question 6. Do you eat fast food?

No, I don’t, but on some occasions, I do if I don’t have any choice apart from fast food to eat.

Question 7. What foods do you like from other countries?

There are a number of cuisines that I like, but here I would like to talk about only Italian food because I like lots of pizza & pasta. Once a month, I’m ordering it at that time. I don’t care about health and all.

Question 8. What fruit and vegetables do you like?

There are a number of fruits and vegetables; it’s quite difficult to say which is my favourite. For example, grapes and mango are two fruits, and in vegetables, beans & cauliflower.

Question 9. Do you think you are a healthy person?

Yes, I do; I exercise every day and do not eat too much fast food. Every six months, go for a routine health checkup.

Question 10. Have you ever been on a diet?

Yes, when I gained 15kg overweight during this lockdown at that time, I did diet to become underweight.
