Question 1:- Why do you think it is important to learn a foreign language?

Well, in my opinion, learning a new language can increase our ability to gain knowledge, and we can learn new words that help us communicate with others easily.

Question 2:- How is it helpful to you to speak a foreign language?

I vividly remember when I was in 10th grade, my English was not good, but one of my uncles who lives in Canada talked to me in English, so at that time, I talked to him in English. It helped me to learn this language because nowadays, English is mandatory everywhere. After that, I worked on my grammar and my speaking skills.

Question 3:- What is the most difficult part of learning a foreign language for you?

I think learning a new language is not hard to learn, but some words which are difficult to learn or speak make it difficult to learn a language.

Question 4:- What is the best way to memorize new words?

I believe that there are some ways to learn new words, like using these words on a daily basis as well as using more than common words so that one can memorize words effectively.

Question 5:- Is it better to learn a new word from translation or by definition?

I think both are the best to learn, either translated or defined. But I think definition is more important in understanding a new word.

Question 6:- Why don’t some people know the language of the society they live in?

There are a number of people who do not know about their neighbours or society’s language because they all are from different backgrounds. Some speak Punjabi, some Hindi, and some English. Secondly, sometimes they interact less with other people who live in society, so these are the basic reasons why they do not know the language.

Question 7:- What do you think of children learning a foreign language?

From my knowledge and experience, is concerned that learning a foreign language is necessary for children in the present time because if they learn a new language at an early age, they will be perfect at a younger age and easily can communicate with others.

Question 8:- Why are some language classes boring?

To be honest, some classes are boring due to the time teachers use to make classes very boring for the students. Teachers should make classes more effective and creative so that children show their interest in learning a language.

Question 9:- Some students hate to learn foreign languages; what can teachers do to develop their interest?

I think some students are less interested in learning a foreign language, but in this situation, teachers should encourage students through gifts or rewards so that they can be encouraged.

Question 10:- Some people travel to learn a foreign language, what do you think?

Of course, some people like to travel so that they can learn a new language, but I think nowadays it is easy to learn a new language by sitting in their own country with the help of online classes or YouTube.

Question 11:- What’s the best way to learn a foreign language?

There are plenty of ways to learn a foreign language. They can join personal classes; secondly, they can do it on their own by doing research online and also joining online classes.

Question 12:- Why can some people learn languages fast while others learn slowly?

Well, it all depends on the ability of a person. Some people think easily, and some take some time to learn.

Question 13:- Does one’s age affect language learning?

I think age also matters when a person learns a new language; at an early age, one can learn a new language easily, while up to the age of 50 or 60, it is very difficult for them because their ability and memory are not up to date in the older age.
