Some Believe That People Should Make Efforts to Fight Climate Change

Some believe that people should fight climate change, while others think it is better to learn to live with it. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

In recent years, global issues, such as climate change and global warming, have gained much attention from developed and developing nations. Certain demographics of the society reckon that people should find certain ways to cope with climate change; however, a school of thought disagrees and advises adjusting to the stipulation. This composition will discuss both views before giving an opinion.

On the one hand, few are inclined towards fighting against the adverse situation of climate change. They believe that every living human’s fundamental duty is to protect the environment and natural resources, namely rivers, forests, mountains, and the most important weather. Additionally, our lives are highly dependent on these priceless gifts from nature. Ignorance towards such crucial issues can be disastrous for the entire society, but it can conceivably end the life on the earth. For instance, many countries situated in the north pole have already started experiencing uneven seasons across the year due to which life-threatening diseases, such as asthma, hypertension, diabetes amongst the inhabitants, have considerably increased in the past decade. Thus, advocates of this idea strongly recommend taking some benchmark steps to resolve this issue up to some extent.

On the other hand, some people do not find it worth and advice to accept the situation for multiple reasons. Firstly, some of them believe that everything happens with the desire of the almighty, and we should not intervene in between. The irony is, these people have faith in God, but they do not worry about protecting nature which is the supreme gift. Secondly, supporters of this perspective think that nature can heal itself, and society should focus on critical issues, such as poverty, education, etc. Hence, these people find it worthless to fight against climate change and suggest accepting the situation.

To conclude, in my view, nature is god gifted, and we should give our best to mitigate climate change. In this way, we are not only worshipping the divine, but we would also prevent the entire society from becoming extinct.
