Some People Believe Reading Stories from A Book Is Better than Watching TV

Some People Believe Reading Stories from A Book Is Better than Watching TV or Playing Computer Games for Children. to What Extent Do You Agree or Disagree?

Children are the future of our country, and their good and bad habits have an equal impact on the future. Reading the stories or some tremendous article can be far better than viewing TV programs or playing modern online games. I will share my thoughts and shed light on each viewpoint and my views on this topic.

In this world of technology, reading books can be an amazing experience for the modern generation because going through books can enhance your knowledge. A person reading a book feels attached to it and digs down to its content. For instance, reading each word from a book can help us remember better than hearing something. Every publisher of stories always takes care and proofreads the content to ensure the stories will positively and concretely impact the reader’s mind. We cannot deny that gadgets have bad effects on the eyesight of their viewers, but the text on paper has a comparatively lesser impact. So, it is always a healthy alternative to the modern devices.

However, viewing TV shows or playing games has some adverse effects. However, a few of their pros cannot be thrown into the towel because they telecast the latest content and are also beneficial for sharpening the mind while playing challenging, mind-boggling games. A better illustration of this is watching or playing a quiz on the latest problem or topic, which can uplift a child’s knowledge towards it because they can think about this rising issue or concern and try thinking up some solution. These types of exercises will always be helpful to lead a smart future in this contemporary world.

After examining both views, my inclination is balanced toward both mindsets because everyone wants to be in the growing world, and that can only be possible if we expose our kids to the latest information and challenges. However, we cannot deny the fact that serving censored content to adolescents can keep them away from misleading data, due to which they might be draining their precious time by indulging in restricted activities.
