People aged 65 or above remain productive as long as there are no signs of significant deterioration in their performance at work. Often, they seem like precious assets to commercial companies, for instance, their richer working experience, more mature soft-skills, stronger analytical skills, and a more comprehensive outlook on their field of specialization.
