Talk About a Time When You Told Your Friend an Important Truth

💬 I always believe in honesty and never hide the truth from anyone, but today, I would like to share a time when I hid the truth from my best friend, Suman.

Actually, it was related to my IELTS band score, as she really helped me while preparing for IELTS. She scored triple seven bands. Last month, I also took the exam, and after 15 days, I got my result, which was unbelievable as I got an overall eight-band score.

Immediately, I received a call from Suman, and I told her that my overall score was 6. However, after a week, I called her at home so that I could tell her the truth because I was feeling terrible.

She came after an hour, and when I told her about the actual band score, she literally hugged me and started crying because she had given me her precious time so that I could score much better. She was overjoyed when she knew the truth. She is really hardworking, and that is why I wanted to tell her the truth.

Part 3 Questions

Question 1:-  Do You Think We Should Tell the Truth at All Times?

In my opinion 🤔 , we don’t always need to tell the truth because there are some situations where we need to hide the truth for someone’s good. For example, last month, I gave my brother a laptop, and I told him that I bought it after paying all the money. I am still paying EMI for that laptop.

Question 2:-  How Do You Know When Others Are Telling the Truth?

Well, I judge if someone is telling me the truth by their facial expressions 👀.

Question 4:-  Sometimes, People Should Tell Lies. Do You Agree?

According to me, yes, because truth and lies ⚖️ are both parts of our lives. People might lie for their benefit.
