Overall, close scrutiny reveals that in the journal, during the summers, the sales decreased as compared to an upward trend in winter (months of September, October, November, December Jan and Feb).

Looking into more details during summer, the trend comment with a drastic decline from 350 million Turkish lira on March 2 July to around 125 million Turkish lira. The sales of olive oil again witnessed a rise of around 100 million of the Turkish lira in August, followed by a plunged drop in September again to the same level as that of July.

During winters, in January, the trend searched from 200 million Turkish lira to the UN’s all-time highest in March at 350 million Turkish lira. After the month of September, this started to rise again a bit, from around 125 million Turkish lira to almost below 200 million Turkish lira by December 2015.
