The utilization of fish, chicken, beef and lamb people in a European country consumed per week were depicted by a line graph from 1979 to 2004.

Overall, The amount of chicken consumed by European people had a significant upward trend over the period; however, the consumption of lamb and beef experienced a downward trend. At the same time, the utilization of fish remained the same throughout the period.

In 1979, although the consumption of chicken consumed by a European person per week was about 50 grams, it increased sharply throughout the period. After that, the demand for chicken rose significantly and reached almost 250 grams per individual per week at the end of the period. Whereas seafood was less consumable food [5o grams per person per week] for European people than other foods, and it remained the same throughout the end of the period.

In earlier 1979, beef consumption was the highest among these three foods. However, it dramatically declined to 100 grams per individual per week at the end of the period. Almost 150 grams per person per week ate beef in 1979, after which it experienced a downward trend and reached second food in Europe at the end of the period.
