The table provides information about student’s satisfaction with the quality of teaching and learning support of a university in the years 2000,2000 and 2005 respectively. Overall, there is a slight rise in teaching quality and print resources, while electronic resources received the greatest positive feedback.
In the year 2000, 65% of students rated satisfied with teaching quality, with a gentle fall of 2 % in 2005, the general performance has rinsed up to 69% in 10 years.
