Dear sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the installation of a heater by one of your workers.
My name is Swathi, living in your apartment for 3 months. One of my friends in the same room has asthma-related health issues due to this climatic change facing difficulty without a heater. He was admitted for two weeks, and the doctor suggested to user hot water.
As suggested by you, worker installed heater and after 1or 2 hours its start making noise and getting sparks also. Try to call the technicians but no response yet. We feel tense to use the bathroom because the walls are earthing.
Could you please arrange technicians or electricians who can resolve this issue as soon as possible? If it’s not taken care of properly will affect the building and our life too.
I am waiting for immediate action.
