Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the evening language course, which I found quite changed from how it is taught.
I got myself enrolled in a French language course, and it was informed to me of a 1-year diploma. In the initial six months, students have been taught theory and the rest of the months have a practical session. The class lasts for hours.
Let me explain that whatever was instructed me while joining was totally contrary to that before it; everything was satisfactory, but the class duration was reduced after a fortnight. Besides, no electronic devices were provided to practice at home: headphones, CDs. Also, students had to wait for their turn to ask any question from the tutor as the number of students in the batch increased.
I want to suggest you help me out from this trouble as I had spent huge money and am very devoted to my study. Trainers must finish their class on time, neither too early nor too late. If any student wants to practice at home, they must be given headphones as the fee charges are included. If you fail to solve this problem, I am entitled to get a full refund.
