You Are Organizing a Trip to The Black Mountains in West Wales for A Group of Students from Canterbury in Kent

You are organizing a trip to the Black Mountains in West Wales for a group of students from Canterbury in Kent, UK. Write to the manager of Student Hostel Service.

  • Explain when you want to visit the Black Mountains,
  • how long you will stay,
  • how many students are at your party,
  • and what accommodations you will require.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to assist in making an arrangement for a group of students who are coming to see the Black Mountains in West Wales.

Let me inform you that this tour will be arranged for next month. Owing to the festive season pupils will be having a lot of leisure time. Most probably, after 15th December, we are hoping to make it.

Furthermore, I would like to make our stay for a week. Could you tell me seven days are enough to make this tour memorable? We will not hesitate to prolong this itinerary if a need is felt.

Suffice to say that it consists of mixed gender. There are fifteen students in a group accompanied by two other teachers included me.

In addition, I would like a dormitory in your hostel, as the students are immature; therefore, ensuring their safety is our prime responsibility. In this way, it will be easy to keep an eye on them. It would be great if students got warm water for taking a bath. Would you provide bed linen, towels? Either we should bring it our own. Would you be kind enough to supply additional information about the weather? What kind of clothes, we must bring with us.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,
