- Suggest how the manager may reward the tour guide.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to express my gratitude for arranging a tour to Manali; and, especially for the guide, who was with us and brought to us at the exotic places in Manali.
Let me explain to you that we had been on a one-week vacation from 21st July to 27. We were 10 members, and we all belonged to different regions.
Moreover, the tour guide did not waste any single minute of us; instead, he made our journey comfortable and didn’t let us feel bored. Due to his familiarity with the places, we were able to see all worth- seeing places there within a short period of span. In addition, he was multilingual, so everyone in the group was comfortable with the guide, and they feel more relaxed in his company.
I would like you to give a reward to Mr Jones, who had made our itinerary memorable. So, the single reward cannot give recognition to his work. If it is possible, his stipend must be more than his work. What’s more, I would like to have the same guide on every trip. If you don’t mind, I have given them a box of chocolates for him as a token of love.
