  • Describe the incident
  • Explain how this incident affected you
  • Suggest what could be done about it.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about travelling by bus. It happened to me while I was commuting from my workplace to my home.

Let me explain when it happens? As usual, I boarded the bus from the bus station at 6 in the morning. The bus was about to move, out of the blue, the tyre got punctured. It consumed half an hour to change the tyre. Everybody was getting late. So, the driver, to reach everyone on time, ran the bus fastly. We had a narrow escape because it was going to collide with another vehicle due to mist or fog in the weather.

It had a great effect not only on my psyche but also on others too. Everybody had been reciting hymns for their survival. I think both some bad weather and the rash driving were equally responsible for this incident.

I would like you to take serious action against the driver who ran the bus in a hurry being aware of the harsh weather. Who will you consider the real culprit for this negligence? I think you must inform them about driving safely when the weather is bad by considering the valuable life of others.

I am looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Yours Sincerely,
