  2. say what you would like them to do about it.

You should write at least 150 words. You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. You do NOT need to write your own address.,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter in response to your letter that I received yesterday. I was taken aback to know that $70 will be charged straight away from my account for $240 overdrawn by me.

I would like to point out that I have been your regular customer for many years. Last year, I had purchased a car and since then I had been making payments in installments. The account was deducted directly from my account. I wondered when I was informed that $70 will be charged for overdrawn $240. I immediately informed your bank about this; however, in return, I did not respond.

Would you be kind enough to ask your personnel about this misinformation? You can check my transaction records and see the last couple of months; there was not any transaction on the part of me. I had cleared the total amount and you were informed about it. It might be a human error or error in computing.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Faithfully,

Gurvinder Singh
