Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in response to a letter I received yesterday from HDBD Bank Ropar. I was informed that rupees 2000 had been deducted from my account. To my mind, this is a human or mechanical error.
Let me inform you that I have a savings account. One month back, I took a loan from your bank, and I paid the loan payment from my account. The loan payment was 1000 per month, but it was 2000, which was deducted from my account. Even I did not get a message about it.
I think it might be a machine error or a human error. As I am paying regularly it had been just a month for the loan to be taken. I am amazed at how it happened. Moreover, the loan was sanctioned by Brij Mishra, who is now on leave. I think he might have forgotten to tell the actual loan payment to the concerned member who handles it. Initially, rupees 2000 per month was fixed as an installment, but after reducing the real amount, the value for monthly payments was also been reduced. That’s why this might have happened.
I would like to refund the money that has been deducted from my account and also be kept well informed when an installment is withdrawn. As a businessperson, I depend on net banking. Kindly continue my bank services. If you need to ask for any information, let me know first.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Faithfully,
