I came across an advert in the Times newspaper yesterday for the vacancy of Property Management. I am writing this letter to apply for the same.
Let me give you a brief detail about my profile and experience. I am working as a property manager in the Hiranandani society- A well-known township of Mumbai- for the last 5 years. Therefore, I am aware and habituated with society operations as well as handling. On top of that, I was awarded as the Employee of the Year in the last fiscal year by the Urban Society of India, making me the best suitable candidate.
Being a member of the Urban Authority, I know all the rules and regulations to be followed while operating as a property manager. I would not only take care of all the general tasks for society, but I would also contribute my spare time to manage your expansion project. As a person, I am very humble and have extraordinary communication skills, which will make my job a piece of cake.
