» Describe the problems
» Write about the action you want the manager to take

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with my restaurant’s food yesterday.

Let me inform you that I visited your restaurant to celebrate the platinum anniversary of my parents. I have heard from several people about the amenities that you provide to your valuable customers. Besides, it was not far away from my home, so we thought we reserve our table in your hotel.

Furthermore, I would like to tell you that I confronted a lot of troubles. It was not only with the quality of food that was provided to us; however, the facilities like lack of climate controller as well as influx of customers, even during this pandemic situation, exacerbated the situation. The food was stale, oily, and savoury that was unfit for my parents due to higher blood pressure and cardiovascular disease problems. The facilities did not meet our expectations.

It would be great if you could install a climate controller and keep a limit on the number of visitors to sit in the restaurant. Resultantly, there would be no commotion. In addition, the quality of food must be maintained as people visit to have palatable and nutritious food; otherwise, the very public loss of credibility led to the demise of the reputation of your hotel.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
