I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the bag which I lost when I traveled to Dubai by your jet airways a couple of weeks ago.
I was informed that my bag had been misplaced or stolen. I was astonished to see such gross negligence on the part of your staff. I could never expect such a blunder from a reputed airline company like you.
I had valuable things in my bag. It was of grey color and the name of the company is Hitachi had been written on the front side of the bag. I would not mind writing that it was too expensive. What’s more, it contained insurance paper, a mini tab, and my medicines too. It will exacerbate the situation if I do not get the medicines that I need to take daily.
Would you be kind enough in locating my lost bag? It has been a week and still, I did not get a response from you. I would expect to either locate my bag or give me a full refund along with the lost items if you fail to do this, reluctantly I have to file a case. I need an urgent reply from you about it.
