You usually go shopping in the area where you live. However, you think some of the facilities for shoppers could be improved there.
Write a letter to your local newspaper. In your letter:
- say in general what you like about shopping in your area
- say what is wrong with the facilities
- Suggest how they can be improved
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you to pay attention to the Trinity shopping complex, which is in the centre of Ropar city. Being a single shopping complex, it needs some improvements to make buyers’ visits hassle-free.
Let me inform you that I usually visit this mall at weekends. This mall is famous for selling seafood, which I love to buy more. It gives shoppers more comprehensive access to purchasing various kinds of fish named Rava, Singhara and glow. Besides, due to their freshness, dairy products attract me more to visit there.
Suffice it to say that, considering the variety in products, it is outstanding; however, this complex lacks some facilities for its customers, such as a water facility, fewer employees and sweepers to clean the floor. Many times, it has been seen the floor is uncleaned.
Would you be kind enough to escalate the number of personnel to provide quick service to your valuable consumers? In addition, sweepers must be appointed to maintain hygiene, and he or they must be directed to clean the floor twice a day. What’s more, a water facility can be provided outside the complex to keep it clean as children also come there, and they sometimes play with water, which makes the place ugly.
I hope you will look into the matter and quickly solve this problem. It is the only place for shopping, and specific improvements are really needed.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
