Through this epistle, I would like to express my utter annoyance regarding the bad service of the worldwide web from the last few months.

I am using this connection for the last five years. but now I am facing a problem of bad connection due to this, my whole work is suffering. As I am working as a software developer I need internet for 24*7. I already lodged a complaint about this a few days ago but no heed paid to my problem, so thats why I am launching a written complaint this time. You can check my previous track record, I always paid my bills on time.

due to this inconvenience, my boss warned me two times. Now I cannot take the risk so please send your engineer to my home so that he will find out the problem and fix it properly. This time I am very disappointed by your service because of this I would like to request you to give me compensation for my bill.
