Working in a team is a really unique experience, and enjoyment is double when you win any task. Today, I would like to discuss when I participated in quiz competition with my other three team members. It was a time when I was in my 10th standard there was a quiz competition in my school my parents and my teacher have huge acceptation from me. Moreover, in a team, there are five-member, and there are a total of 4 teams, and every team has 15 questions to solve, and competition is about the Sikh religion there were tough questions.

Although it was challenging to win that competition, with the help of my other team members, we won that competition and enjoyed it a lot after that. As we know, there are ten Gurus in the Sikh religion, and in that competition, the syllabus is all about their biographies. Sofia ka 5 members we divided syllabus according to the member and to chapter to read. But before the competition day in night, my phone was ringing and whenever

I picked my phone off my other off for team members at the conference. They told us one of our members has a fever, so they do not participate in the competition, so, on the spot, we divided those 2 chapters into 4 members and prepared in the morning real little bit excited. Still, no was also because I win the competition at any cost. In the end, luckily we win the competition because we know all the answers to the questions which the trainer asks. We are delighted and win a prize, and that was an excellent experience for me work in the team because my team member is very corporate so this was a time when I work in a team.

Answer – Honestly speaking, I like to work alone mostly but, whenever I need the help of others that time I involve a partner because some works are not handled alone, such as lifting a heavyweight during the testing and cleaning at my home.

Answer – There are many benefits when we study alone because no one is there who disturb us as well as we don’t need to share our ideas with others. When we are alone, we concentrate more on the study because we do all things according to our knowledge.

Answer – Children learn many things when they work in teamwork like corporation as well as share our knowledge and ideas children boost their confidence when they show their facts in front of others so this kind of skills children learn through teamwork.

Answer – As one coin has two sides same like this if we work in the group then there are some disadvantage regarding this like some time the two members ideas are contradicted as well as we depend on team our work is complete according to the all members moreover we share our ideas and facts with other team members so this kind of disadvantage if we are working in a group.

Question 7 Is it great to have differences within a group?

Answer – I think so no because if people work in a team, then if they have differences in a piece of knowledge, information, or ideas that they face many problems, sometimes a worker delay because of these situations.

Question 8 What are the key skill and abilities necessary to be prosperous in our team?

Answer – Firstly I think people have a habit of cooperation. Secondly, they have the ability to face failure. Thirdly, they have a friendly behaviour to win the hearts of other members then win any goal.
