Question 1. How often do you talk to your friends?

Answer – Well, I talk to my friends regularly; but, when I have a very hectic schedule at that time, I talk to my friends at the weekends. Because at weekends, I am free. So I usually talk to my friends at that time; otherwise, I send messages to them to connect with them.

Question 2. What do you think makes people have a long friendship?

Answer – Well, trust and their interest make friends unite and establish their friendship for long-lasting. Because friends know each other and they have spent many years with each other. So, the bond that is between them strengthens their company.

Question 3. Does it make things easier in a friendship if you have similar interests?

Answer –, if people have similar interests, then things will get accessible. There will be no clash over anything, either going out to a shopping mall or watching a movie on television and cooking anything.

Question 4. How do people make friends now?

Answer – Well, people now make friends on social media. They surf the internet for long hours, and whenever they are approached by someone; then, they start messaging the person. Nowadays, if people find others have similar interests, as they have, then they don’t waste time in becoming their friends. When people go outside, and they meet strangers, and when the ice is broken, then they usually become friends with others.

Question 5. Is friendship (= are friends) important to you? (Why?/Why not?)

Answer – Yes, friendship is essential for me because friends are the best companion, and they help us in times of crisis do their best to make their friends happy.

Question 6. Do you prefer to spend time with friends or spend time alone? (Why?)

Answer – Well, sometimes I’d like to spend time alone. It mostly happens when I feel depressed, and I want to spend some time with myself to know about my weakness as well as strength; otherwise, friends bring a smile to our faces, and they also help us many times.

Question 7. What do you and your friends do together?

Answer – I do a lot of things with my friends. Cooking, drawing to release stress, as well as play video games. In this way, we spend a lot of time and feel happy in each other’s company.

Question 8. Are friends more important than family? (Why?)

Answer – Well, it varies from person to person. I consider family is most important than friends. Family is a backbone for all the members. It is a family which unite the people together so I can see the families very important.

Question 9. How do Indian people make friends? (= where, in what situations, e.g. at school & work.)

Answer – Well, Indian people make friends when they go outside as well as when they attend any wedding or any other function in society then they make others their friends. Besides, when they are free and have nothing to do when they visit the public garden and meet other persons, they make others their friends.

Question 10. Do adults and children make friends in the same way?

Answer – No adult and children have different ways to make friends. Children make others their friends; when they find another one smiling and others exchange any eatable items, they make others their friends. On the other hand, adults take a lot of time to become friends with others. They find similar interests, trust, and after that, they become friends with the people.
