In Many Countries, a Small Number of People Earn Extremely High Salaries Writing Task 2

In many countries, a small number of people earn extremely high salaries. Some people believe that this is good for the country, but others think that governments should not allow salaries above a certain level. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

It is irrefutably true that in several Nations, very few individuals get handsome money. Some messages opened that it was good for the territory. However, others believe that authority would make a certain limit on earning. In the fourth paragraph, I discuss both views and give my opinion on the latter suggestion.

To begin with, there are various reasons why employers should provide maximum wages. First and foremost is that employees get motivation from a high salary package, and they happily live with their family and do more work to earn it. Secondly, the government gets more taxes from them and improves the nation’s economy, builds more infrastructures, improves health facilities, education and many more. To exemplify, one survey found that in Canada, 43% of people get a good salary, and through them, authorities get 23% more tax, owing to improving their economy.

Nevertheless, other people and I believe that there should be a cap on the maximum salary because some people’s wage is high and someones are low, leading to the rich becoming richer and the poor becoming poorer. This notion makes mindset two authority make unfair. Whenever the salary level is fixed, thus the standard of living is improved, and economic equality is the same for all individuals. It owes to reducing poverty and crime rate, especially in underprivileged areas. For instance, in Iran, the authority decided to fix wag for all sectors, and 69% of crime declined. Thus, it is beneficial for the all over growth of a country.

To recapitulate, although a high salary leads to improve facilities in people’s life. From my point of view, to decrease the rate of crime, a set limit on earning is Vital.
