Many owners of the companies organize job interviews for Freshers to examine their ability before hiring as an employee of the company. This will explicate not only the interview but also another alternative way should do before hiring a employees which will discuss in subsequent segments with my option.
To embark with, an alternative method to examine a person for a particular position. Firstly, the employers should conduct a written exam and give equal opportunity to all candidates after that, select that one which has better knowledge according to the position. Moreover, practical knowledge
also crucial for a job so that employer ought to organize the practical test. Consequently, only those masses clear this test which has the knowledge and do their best for the company.
In contrast, the interview is also best method for offering a position to a person because in the interview face to face communication
in which the interview taker asks every type of question. Moreover, they also check the confidence level, dressing sense and so on which are also necessary for employees. To cite an epitome, most International companies
prefer taken face to face interviews rather than other methods.
According to me, companies should organize practical exam because during the job mostly practical work will be done.
In conclusion, it can be said that even though the interview
is the best way but it is not the sole method for the examination to a person as numerous factors ought to be also considered by employers.
