Diverse culture has revealed significance to the age-related groups prominently for youth and seniors.

To begin with, Asian culture. The younger group is preferred for jobs and other tasks due to their excellent health and energy. They come with creative ideas and are more tech-savvy. At the same time, they can be taught in less time the new methods. This same group is more career-oriented and thus takes up more challenging jobs. They are youth aspirants for, say, higher economic gain. To illustrate, a country like India is the fastest economy-driven. The new start-up industry or the government recruits young adults; their retirement age is also determined to be less than 60 years. It is because of the several reasons mentioned above. Not to mention the expanding because the population, where the agencies wish to be fair.  But the flip side of this is the younger the working group, and they lack the experience and skill to handle some tasks acquired after long years of toiling. Hence, they get frustrated when the outcomes are unexpected.

In Western culture, for example, in the United Kingdom, an individual can work until he can perform. There are no age restrictions. Such a work environment harbours mixed ages where the young always take help from their senior peers regarding difficult tasks. They are vital because of the skills developed and the notch to handle any untoward situation calmly and optimistically. This senior group never gives up and finds tangible ways to deal with hard ways.
