“prevention Is Better than Cure.” out Of a Country’s Health Budget, a Large Proportion Should Be Diverted from Treatment to Spending on Health Education and Preventative Measures. to What Extent Do You Agree or Disagree with This Statement?
Generally speaking, it is well said that “Prevention is better than cure”. However, some opine that a huge amount of money should be spent on health education and preventative measures. I partially agree with this statement. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I intend to discuss some viewpoints along with my opinion.
To begin with, there are a plethora of ways to prevent human health before any major disease. The first and foremost point is “Education”. To explain it, education is a key factor that helps humans relieve pain or any disease. For example, at an early age, it is the primary duty of parents or teachers to encourage students to enrol in physical activities so that they can be aware at a younger age of different types of health issues. Apart from this, the government should conduct some health-related seminars in which special doctors come along with health information. So everyone can deal with any side effect on their health.
On the other hand, prevention is better than cure. But, there are some situations where one can not do anything without any doctor’s help. To clarify this notion here, it is a remarkable example of the third stage of cancer where one can not get an education to deal with it, so in this situation, he or she can go to the hospital first for help. In addition to this, up to 50-year-old individuals need medicines as compared to learning about health education. Hence, these are the main reasons which can not be done without help.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that safety is the major key factor in dealing with any disease. However, health education is also important for everyone to learn so that they become aware of it and help others in difficult situations.
