Some People Claim that Public Museums and Art Galleries Will Not Be Needed Because People Can See Historical Objects and Works of Art by Using a Computer. Do You Agree or Disagree with This Opinion?

Art galleries have become more common all around the world. However, a number of people believe that public exhibitions and art galleries will not be needed in the future as a majority of people can see historical objects and works of art using a laptop. I disagree with this given statement. I will discuss my point of view in the upcoming paragraph.

To begin with, public museums and art galleries have some concrete grounds. First and foremost, museums play a crucial role in today’s era due to the increase in the number of tourists in a particular place. People come from different parts of the world to enhance their knowledge towards particular traditions and not only the entry fees of this museum but also donate a huge amount for maintenance. For example, the Indian economy earns 37% from the tourist sector as a donation, which drastically changes the look of the public. The museum makes them interesting. Hence, these sectors generate income for the higher authorities.

Moving further, art galleries generate employment. Initially, every job demanded labour, so these galleries demanded workers for each section, such as maintenance and security purposes, handling the public, and guiding those who visited there. To epitomize the presentation of creative work by professionals, the museum, situated in sector 34D, employed 160 people for different work.As a consequence, this development job opportunities for local people and aware humans by educating them about art.

In conclusion, according to my perspective, maintaining museums and art galleries not only educates people but also provides an income source. These are important maintain for the future; learning about culture and art online helps to save time and money but does not give a practical view.
