Some People Feel that Equality Between the Genders Has Already Been Achieved While Others Feel (1)

Some people feel that equality between the genders has already been achieved while others feel there is considerable progress to be made. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

In present-day society, there has been much discussion about gender equality. Some people believe that it has already been made, while others think that some progress can be made. In this essay, I will finally discuss both views and state my opinion.

The people who have the opinion that gender equality has already been achieved. In today’s world, females have equal rights to select the fields wanted to study and do the job. For instance, in a country like India and USA both have a female army regiment. Secondly, mainly corporate hire more female employees compared to males. We already see females doing jobs in such places where 15 to 20 years we would not have even thought of it.

On the other hand, many people think that we have too many things to achieve equality among girls and boys in a country like Afghanistan, where girls are not even allowed to move out of the house without a male companion. They already have banned the IPL from being telecast on TV as it has females as spectators. Feather more Many underdeveloped or developing countries think girls have to do just household features.

To conclude, in line with the views presented above, both these differing views hold onto their respective positions and sense of relevance. I, however, am of the outlook that there is a long way to achieve gender equality because many rights have not been given to girls, and I have a mentality that males a superior to females.
