Well, I would like to talk about my office workplace where I work every day over there. I am working in an IT firm which is nearby Mumbai international airport ., whereas spacious area for employees who can work in an efficient way without any disturbance also allows being mindful about the privacy of the fellow co-workers. On each corner, there is a large glass balcony with sofa chairs in them so that any number of staff can go there at any time and speak their minds and have fun without distracting others.

There is a total of 10 floors of the building where the entire office floor is perfectly decorated with real flower plants to create a natural effect on the minds of all the staff so that they think that they are not just working in an office but also relaxing among nature. People are very qualified and well manner.

Most of the employees came from one of the prestigious colleges, IIM .one of the best thing I am working with them and learn a lot about industries. By the way, the windows of the office are designed and created in such a way that natural light can enter the office until the sun goes down as far as the natural air is concerned.

During the rainy time spectacular view over there when flights are land and take off. We can clearly see most of the airport areas. Its employee enjoys it while also watching the flights outside the office and, inside the office leaves of the plants. To be honest, sometimes I feel privilege because of office architecture and co-workers. It is the best workplace before I have not ever seen.

Answer – Yes, there are numerous prestigious organizations in my country which provide a huge number of employments. There are such as Tata, Mahindra, HCL, Wipro, reliance and so on. There are also many multinational companies that have open branches in India.

Answer – There is plenty of approaches through which a small company becomes a larger one. First of all the company can employ skilled and professional workers and make right market strategies which will very helpful in growing business and positive ramification on their organization as well as employee.

Question 7. Should big companies be punished more seriously if they break the law?

Answer – As per my knowledge, the law is equal for everyone. It does not matter organization is small and big. If they break the law, then they should be punished as per law but should not harass.

Question 8. What are the differences between big companies and small companies?

Answer – There are huge differences in big companies and small companies in terms of company funds, number of employees and so on .such as Big companies work at the international level and the company offers an excellent salary to its employees and provides extra facilities like travelling and health insurance however Small companies here are many small scale business which is only limited in a single city or state. These companies offer small package and do not provide extra facilities.
