To commence with, It is lucid from a quick glance that in the UK, students 8.5 hours spending in sleeping, while studying they spend eight amount of hours and 7 hours relaxing time. Moving further, Japanese pupils spent 7 hours daily in sleep and surprisingly, 24 out of 13 hours, Japanese students expanded in starting and only four hours for relaxing activity.
