I hope you are doing great. This is Shreya Thakkar, currently working in the IT department of your company, writing to complain about the lack of parking facility in our office building.
Our office has shifted to this new building for last one month, and this place does not have a parking slot. So, we employees have to park our vehicles on the roadside. It is not a safe location to park as many individuals sit on it and then scratch our seats, play with side mirrors or sometimes, just for fun, remove air from the tyre. Moreover, it is difficult to find space daily, and the road is more minor, so parking there creates a traffic jam.
I know our new building does not have space for parking, but there is a plot just 5 min away from our office, and it is empty. So our building can take that place on rent to provide proper parking facility to workers.
Due to such a scenario, many employees have stopped using vehicles to commute to work, which is why many employees are late these days because they have to take public transport since no one can afford private cabs every day. In addition, while returning back to home, it is sometimes challenging to find public transport, and it is not safe for female employees to travel alone in the dark.
So, on behalf of all the employees, I would kindly like to request you to find a solution to this parking issue as soon as possible. Hoping for a positive response from your side.
