Question 1:- Are you ever late for anything?

Answer:- Yes, I am. As I remember, I was about to go to wine and dine with my boyfriend, and I ended up in the middle of the road because my car broke down. 

Question 2:- What excuses do you use when you are late?

Answer:- To be honest, I would tell them about the causes of being late such as traffic jams, tires flat or emergency. I hope they understand and forgive me. 

Question 3:- What excuses do people have when they are late?

Answer:- Sometimes, people are late for appointments or meetings because they have bad time management, or they have problems with their transports, or they might be busy with family. 

Question 4:- Are you good at organizing time?

Answer:- Yes, I think so. I’d like to make it on time so that I don’t feel guilty that I let someone or somebody wait for me. At least, I would give them a call to explain why I am late. 

Question 5:- How do you usually organize time?

Answer:- When I have appointments or meetings, I usually set my time earlier to arrive at least between15 mins to 30 mins to avoid traffic congestion or unexpected things happening. 

Question 6:- Do you think planning is important for time management?

Answer:- Absolutely. I believe that planning is very crucial for managing time because we value their precious time as well. For example, they might have another meeting or appointment after you, so if we’re on time, they will be appreciated. 

Question 7:- Why do you think some people pay to learn time management?

Answer:- I think because they are poor at managing their time. They would love to learn more to have a good habit and earn respect from others as well.

Question 8:- Do you think children should learn to manage time?

Answer:- Yes, definitely. Children should understand how essential time management is. They should be taught when they’re young because it’s a good lesson for them to keep practising that activity for the rest of their lives. 

Question 9:- Why do some people find it hard to follow their plans?

Answer:- Some people find plans difficult to follow because sometimes, they are not consistent with their written plans or maybe their plans are not effective for them. So, they should change strategies but keep the same goal. 

Question 10:- How would you teach your children time management?

Answer:- Parents can teach their kids to know about time management by explaining to them to have a responsibility as the humanity. For example, school starts at 7 am, so they have to get up and get ready before that time to show that they are responsible for their tasks. 

Question 11:- Do old people and young people manage time in a similar way?

Answer:- I think people tend to manage time in the same way because they have the same purpose is to arrive on time, and they don’t want to waste their time as well.
